What is Cestar High School?

CHS is a private, co-ed high school located in north end of Toronto, Ontario.  Our small class sizes, access to Cestar College facilities and project based learning make us a unique learning community.

Who is eligible for education at Cestar High School?

CHS is currently offering courses to students in grade 11 and 12 who are on a path to attend college/university. We accept both domestic and international students.

What courses are offered?

We offer university preparation courses in Math, Social Sciences, Science, Business, English, Computer Sciences, etc. Students will have all the courses they need to complete their high school diploma and apply to Canada’s fantastic universities.

What makes Cestar different from other schools?

At CHS we offer curriculum in a way that allows students to solve real world problems in real world settings through Project Based Learning.  PBL has students ask questions that arise in their course work and then go about answering those questions.  Projects become the focus of the learning, not just textbooks and lectures.  Cestar High School students have full access to the resources of Cestar College of Business, Health, and Technology. Particularly, Cestar High School graduates have a 100% guarantee of admission to Cestar College of Business, Health, and Technology after successfully passing a qualifying admissions test that has been approved by the Superintendent of the Ministry of Advanced Education and Skills Development (MAESD).

What are the fees for Cestar High School?

Tuition is $18, 000 for a full year of courses (8-10 credits).   Additional fees are collected for boarding and special events.

Are scholarships available?

Scholarships are available for eligible students.  Contact to school office to apply for our scholarship program.

Can I visit the campus?

We encourage all new families to visit us at our campus for an intake interview and campus tour.  Please contact the school office to book a campus tour.
